Lovely and comfortable hotel

The clean pool, and the helpful staff. Great parking location, and very clean and comfy beds. There are attached restaurant and grab-and-go spot in the lobby. Will stay here again.

This hotel is 8 mins walk to the main shopping centre. The breakfast buffet was good value and the coffee shop had great coffee.

Room and location were fine. Hotel was clean. Room was clean.
The service was not commensurate with the hotel rating. We had to wait a long time for check-in, even though there were extra staff members at the front desk. Only one was actually doing check-in. We tried to have breakfast the first day and had to wait despite half the tables being empty because there was only one person who was seating and she was busy. We left after 10 mins and never came back to eat at the hotel. There was a large pool staff but they stood around and did nothing, until they decided to kick my kid out of the pool even though no one else was in the pool and I was with him. The line for coffee in the lobby was always long, and we ended up getting coffee somewhere else.
