Good location, the house fitted with everything you might need - kitchen, 2x bathrooms, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine - great to have access to all that on a family holiday. Really enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Overall great experience well worth the money and perfect spot for family vacations.
Music from the pool TV bit too loud until late even when pool was closed, other than that no complaints!

You need to have two queen size beds in spare roo, you need a lot more kitchen items to make it easy to cook, it was very difficult to cook meals because not enough kitchen ware.
I had to call front desk for code to air conditioning it was over 82 degrees inside. Tv in living was not working and most of did not offfer any streaming services. Only one roll of toilet paper for a family of five staying over two night. Only two garbage bags I didn’t like that if I wanted to sit in the shade I had to pay 20 for a reserved seat. I didn’t like that got 3 drinks I was charged 65 dollars that’s crazy.

I loved my overall experience at the fantasy world resort. The staff were very nice, the place was quiet, clean, has a nice lazy river and chill vibe. It was affordable and comfortable.
