It was somewhere to sleep, not vacation.

The location is the only good thing about it.

We booked a king studio room ocean view, and were put in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. While that isn’t a problem for us, I could imagine it could be a problem for someone who HAD booked that bigger room, and couldn’t get it. There were no towels, toilet paper, or wash rags until we requested them. There was still food in the sink and the dishwasher smelled BAD. I believe the couch was missing back cushions and there were stains on both couches. The bathtub handle fell off any time you turned the water off too fast. The doors were not sealed properly. The balcony locks didn’t work. The pools & hot tub were very dirty. Parking was a hassle. Refrigerator was missing drawers & shelves. Just all over very dirty and felt like it was thrown together last minute. Also, the pop up $100 security fee should be noted when booking. We didn’t know about it until we got there as we had paid for the room 2 months prior.

Don't like it .

Was really dirty, we had was to wait hours before our room was ready place stinks not lying..the worst I've ever seen. We ended up leaving there and book a room at hotel blue right next to it.

This hotel has potential but it needs lots of work!

There were only two good things about this Hotel. It had a great location/view and since we arrived early they allowed us to check in early. Unfortunately those were the only good things.

After checking in, the first we in the elevator was a roach and then two more in the room. The appliances in the room were old and in bad shape. The couch was old and stained. One room light didn't work. The bathroom light switch didn't work because the the light was plugged into the wall and it had a separate switch. Daytime staff were ok but the overnight staff were asleep most of the time. Had to go to the front desk for bath linen and soap because the was none in the room.

There was mold in the ac unit and in the room, there were no dishes, the phone didn’t work, the floor was so dirty that when I wiped my feet on a towel in the bathroom it was black, as well as when I got out of shower and wiped the floor with towel it was dirty!!! When I booked I clicked on ocean front but when I checked in they gave me wall view! The front desk clerk said she would put me in a better room when I asked to be up a few floors but did not do so, she said the room she was putting me In was a better room but did not seem good so if it was better then I’d hate to see other room I was going to get! I took pictures but should not have to do things like that when on vacation! So disappointed! I will not stay here again!

Too many facilities concerns to come back.

The bed was comfortable.

There were hardly any pool chairs as what was shown on the website when booking. Our sliding glass door did not have a handle so it was very difficult to open and close. Our tub would fill up when taking a shower and drain later. We stayed on the 4th floor and when getting off the elevator it smelled like cat pee and the carpet in the hall was very dirty. One of the elevators would alarm the entire time the door was closing which was loud and annoying. Parking was across the street which was very tight parking and not a lot of spaces.

The booking stated the room was Oceanview it was not the pictures online was from when the hotel was first built no towel wash clothes dishes remote chairs nothing that classifies the hotel as a resort it is dirty no blankets no nothing it is where homeless people would stay for emergency shelter the staff was most of them rude over priced no parking

Smelled moldy and marijuana. Beds were terrible not sitting on the bed frame and foot of the was up and head was down. Looked like a reclining bed🤦🏽‍♀️ Hallway was flooded and.

Won’t stay there ever again.

I only liked the location and convient parking.

The balcony look like prison bars. The a/c unit was leaking on the balcony. No utensils. No actual blanket only sheets. The lazy river didn’t have any floaties. The room door was hard to open from the outside. The shower curtain didn’t close all the way.

Absolutely nothing!

Dirty rooms, broken beds, roaches. The smell of mold and mildew took your breath away! The pool and lazy river was disgusting to where you couldn't swim. No towels, you had to run up and down to get those and your key reactivated. When I told the GM Katie that my room wasn't the room I paid for and rented on Booking.com. She told me you can't go by the pictures, and 11 other guests were tricked as well. It's the old Bait and Switch! They offer this beautiful double with an ocean front view and then give you a dinky room with a bird perch. We had to shove boxes up under the beds to even be able to lay across them! Every person checking in with us went down complaining of broken beds and dirty rooms. At one point there was over 30 people standing in the lobby raising hell..One couple checked in and out within 15min. They had the luxury of being able to go spend 2000 on a room on such late notice. It's a shame people spend there hard earned money on a "trap hotel" like this.. Lmao Then had the audacity to call our room Saturday morning at 8:05 telling us they got several calls of the noise coming from our room. I said ma'am, we're just waking up. She continued to say well we've gotten alot of complaints. I said could it be from the room next door where 12 children and 7 adults are staying? Moving furniture around to 3a.m. in the morning? She hung up real quick. Bottom line PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GET BURNED LIKE WE DID. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! IT'S A JOKE THEY CALL THEMSLEVES A "Resort"..

when I get to the hotel, the woman tells me that my room already had it she didn't give me any more explanations, just that she didn't know anything that there was no room for me. she saw my reservation was there and the only thing she said she didn't know anything she didn't apologize or anything she was being indifferent i felt like he was being racist with me, i'm not looking for a way to fix something or see what's happened, she didn't even get up from her chair. She was super relaxed and asked about my money and she told me she didn't know what to call where to book that blame was theirs

Do they waste your money, terrible

I had a place to sleep.

It took an hour and 45 mins to check in, even when I got to the front of the line I had to wait 25 more minutes because our room wasn’t ready despite us being there right at check in time. They only had one person at the desk and she was trying her best. The carpets smelled like cat pee, our phone in the room to call the lobby was not connected and was basically for show. We waited 15 minutes in an empty lobby for extra towels and linens, then a few more after we tried again. There was toilet paper and candy wrappers in the lazy river pool. Our door to the patio was broken and couldn’t even use it!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

The rooms were comfortable an clean, very spacious. There wasn't loud parties, very peaceful.

It said check in was at 4pm. That was VERY incorrect. We got into our room at 5:30pm. We weren't offering an upgrade , but a DOWN grade to a smaller room at the same price.. umm no thank you.

Location was good. Rooms were fairly clean when we moved in.

parking was not on location. I had to keep going downstairs getting my key serviced. tried to charge me more than the original cost room service never serviced. Our room had to go down and get towels.

Absolutely nothing!

I didn't like the fact l paid 200$ for one night. That was supposed to be Oceanview. The room l got was small, my view was of another hotel building. An a parking garage. I had no night stand on my side, plus my heat didn't work in the room . Last but not least my toliet handle was broken as well. This one was of my WORST STAYS... I have no plans on ever booking again

Room was extremely dirty bugs in the floor, no coffee pot even after we asked to have one brought to our room twice and were told they would and our shower didn't even work . We told the front desk and was told we would receive a full refund to which now they state isn't in the notes smh overall a very poor hotel

The bathroom toilet didn't work, there was a horrible smell inside the halls and rooms, the kitchen area had no dishes to use to cook, there was rust and mold

Unsatisfied customer

The room itself was nice be was not cleaned completely. When I checked in I went to view the room and found that the floor was not cleaned and found trash in a dresser draw. I asked housekeeping if they could come back to the room and they did so but didn't mop the floor.

Room was not cleaned completely. I requested that housekeeping come clean the room but they came and only threw the trash away that I found in a dresser draw.
