We had a good experience at the Sheraton, Hotel downtown Indianapolis. The room was excellent with a Gorgeous view of downtown. The staff were kind and friendly. The location is outstanding. We recommend the Sheraton downtown to anyone looking for a fun time centered in downtown Indianapolis.
The parking garage was undergoing renovation. We had to use valet parking at a rate of $50 plus taxes and other fees a day.

The breakfast and room was amazing. We also had amazing customer service. Sabrina Brooks is an amazing worker. She went above and beyond for us while we stayed.
You have to use your keycard on the elevator and our room window was right outside the pool. I’m not sure if they could see us or not but it was weird lol. But overall an awesome experience!

The pool was great! Lots of seating, spread out so you weren’t on top or each other, room service to your lounge chairs, loved it!
The hotel was much older and run down than any other Sheraton I have stayed in. The phone in our room didn’t work, we only had 1 bath towel in the bathroom for the 2 of us, I had to call down on my cell phone to the front desk to get towels sent up. Thankfully I found a phone number that got me directly to a person and I requested towels and reported the broken phone. The valet process was kind of a joke. We were told we would he getting a text message from valet allowing us to request our car when we wanted it. I never got a text message. I called down to the front desk, on my cell phone because the room phone wasn’t working, and the woman at the front desk was quite short with me and said she would get our car pulled around. When we got downstairs 10 minutes later, no car. I went to the front desk and asked about our car and she said that she called our room but no one answered. I explained to her that our room phone wasn’t working and that I had already reported that to the front desk. She was short with me and asked what kind of car we had so that valet could pull it around. Rather than subtly letting the valet know what car we drove, she yelled across the lobby at the valet and told him the type of car we drove. She also yelled to him that I didn’t receive a text message and that I needed one to set up payment. The valet confirmed my phone number out loud to the entire lobby and then went to retrieve our car. After receiving the text message, the woman at the front desk told me that I needed to follow the link and enter “BTR”. I tried following the prompts through the link on my phone and got to the part where it wanted my credit card info and again she said “put BTR” as if I was supposed to know what that meant. I asked her why and where I was supposed to do that and she started pressing things on my phone screen to get me to a screen where I could enter a payment code.
