Considering this is an older Hilton Vacation Club property, we were very impressed with the condition of our two-bedroom suite. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated in an updated style. The layout was excellent and very functional, and the beautiful pool view made our stay even more enjoyable. The suite was well maintained and lacked nothing we needed.
The pool area was equally impressive and exceptionally pristine. Both medium-sized pools and the hot tubs were clean and well maintained, along with the pool deck, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas. Access was easy, and it was a very pleasant and relaxing place to spend time.
Our two-bedroom suite was $159 per night before taxes and fees, bringing the total to approximately $202 per night. For a spacious two-bedroom suite in the Orlando area, we felt that was more than fair and represented an excellent value.
We did not particularly care for the resort’s older Lake Buena Vista location, dated exterior, or the heavy traffic, although the convenient back entrance helped. Having to wait at a separate desk for a parking pass felt like an unnecessary timeshare sales tactic, and the market’s groceries and snacks were extremely overpriced. We were also disappointed that the property did not have a true onsite restaurant, only a small deli with limited selections.

Everyone I encountered or spoke to was so professional and such a pleasant encounter especially when travel is already hectic. Joseph from the moment I called about possible early check in til check out was absolutely incredible! Will definitely be coming back-- such a nice relaxing environment, enjoyed every bit of my stay.

The location, pool & grounds.
In the bathroom saw a few roaches & the main bathroom door didn’t remain closed. The oven did not work.
