Joe at the ML level was fantastic. Raz the Valet also great and very informative. The room was clean and well appointed. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We loved it!!! 5 stars.
The only negative was the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. We were confused that people still smoke inside??

Location
Dark room, no slippers offered so unpleasant walking on the carpeted floor, unpleasant lighting (cool white) constant smell of cigarette smoke coming through from another room.
