Close to the Twins Stadium
A lot of noise could be heard from outside. Not very soundproof. Heard sirens throughout the night. I couldn’t find the thermostat to adjust the room temperature. It looked like the thermostat had been torn off the wall. I didn’t bother calling the front desk for help because it was 2AM.

Clean, nice modern rooms.
The staff. The lady who checked us in didn’t even say hello nor look at us even once. We awkwardly stood there whilst she put a key card on the table for us to take.
Same goes for the host at the restaurant.
Same goes for housekeeping. We had to wait hours for our sofa bed to be made (we booked a king suite for THREE guests, so a queen bed and a sofa bed).
We also had to wait 27h for 2 extra coffee pods that we requested for 3 people in a room for 3 nights.

We were there for a concert and the location was perfect for restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless.

Location is all good, in the middle of Downtown - nice gym at the hotel.
A very disappointing stay with multiple major flaws:
Billing Nightmare: Neither the hotel nor Booking.com would take responsibility for issuing a standard tax invoice, forcing me to waste time chasing down paperwork required for European business travel.
Housekeeping: Rooms are only cleaned once every three days.
Noise Levels: The air conditioner sounds like an industrial warehouse unit, making a peaceful night's sleep impossible.
Poor Value: The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is severely overpriced for what you get.
