Exceptional!!

We had a King size room, and the bed was so comfortable!! And the pillows weren't rock hard or flat! It was nice and peaceful. You couldn't hear anyone walking past your room, and talking, which is a plus!!! The room and bathroom was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!!

I don't think I have anything I didn't like. It was an excellent short stay :)

Good location, comfortable and clean but quite expensive.

The room was large and comfortable. The location is downtown Minneapolis with lots of public transportation options, so it was great as I didn't rent a car. I didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as they didn't have any vegan options.

There was no pick-up option from the airport, so I had to manage by myself late night arrival. According to a staff member, there were no vegan options for breakfast, so I had to eat out. The stay was expensive.

Pleasant

Hotel is huge, bar food was good. Megan at the bar was really nice and courteous. Oh yeah and there's a Starbucks.

The beds are very uncomfortable. Feels like you're sleeping on a ironing board. Breakfast is not included as with normal Marriott hotels -- it had to be purchased and for $21.95, the eggs were very watery, the fruit was tasteless. Late night snacks room to order not the best.

Location in downtown Minneapolis

Because of a concert in town, they had no parking in their ramp or Valet parking. Had to find another ramp and most were full and then walk to hotel. Would have thought they would manage their parking better so guests would have a place to park. Staff didn't seem to care about the hassle. Also, tried calling hotel a few days before and never got an answer!

We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and went to the ball game. It was a such a great time!

Great hotel and service. Since it is located downtown and centre of the city, it gets very loud at night. There were huge events happening in the area hence, the loud noise and busy streets.

I did not like the way they charge the payments on the credit card and that no microwave on the rooms! But great service and helpful staff!

Perfect location and superb rooms

The hotel is elegant with a perfect location and not expensive. It is only 10 minutes walking to Target Center. Very good restaurants close to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Room service food options are very good. This should be our option if we return.

The only area for improvement are the pillows that are very soft.

My room i booked a month in ADVANCE WAS GIVEN AWAY!!!! Over booking is greedy and not fair to the ones that miss out trying to partner with Marriott!! Over booking is deceitful as the customer paying doesnt know if they will get the room the book even though a confirmation was created and sent Marriott is very wrong for this

I would return, but would request a room away from the ice machine!

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. Room was well appointed

My biggest gripe was the ice machine was directly outside of my door and was jarring to hear - it woke me up several times a night.

Passable

Well when taking bath noticed a stain on toilet. Wiped off with was cloth it seems there was poop on side of toilet and spot on floor by who stayed in room prior. Also few short hairs left in tub.

Excellent structure, improvable cleanliness

The room's furniture is quite broad and packed with comfy utilities

Found a couple items that belonged to past customers (i.e. socks), indicating a superficial cleaning procedure

Still our favorite hotel just not this particular visit. Pharmacy.

They didn’t have the Buffay breakfast like on the weekend and my room name was booked wrong and the room will not heat up. And the breakfast was too expensive for what we paid for.

while I enjoyed my stay I don’t believe I’ll be staying here again due to the unclear communication. when I pay for a ro

beautiful hotel.

during check in I was charged not just the amount for the stay but a deposit as well. (booked through this app before and never experienced a charge of both) was also hit with “Covid 19 and state taxes” that I was unaware of due to tax being included on the booking app as $88 for my room. for a 2 night stay tax ended up coming to $370 that I was not planning for. unclear through description.
