Loved the pool and island grill

The location was perfect for our Great America adventure.
I was shocked when upon arrival I was informed that the deposit (in used to giving a cc for deposit) was the same amount as our rooms DOUBLING the amount placed on my cc limiting what I could use on my trip. I have never paid a deposit. That was the exact same amount as two rooms for two nights, over $800 was tied up.

Great spacious renovated rooms! Quiet place, especially courtyard rooms. Beautiful pool area.

It was close to the airport.
I asked before going through the booking app if they offered airport shuttle I understood that they offered but apparently they don’t and their response wasn’t clear. When I got there and told them that, they were rude in their response. The only reason I choose it was because of that.
