Our stay was wonderful, room was clean and staff was very nice.
Only thing I was charge twice for parking which after a phone call and management looking into things I was able to get refunded

When I needed towels, they were available. When I voiced a concern about the stairwell, it was addressed.
The stairwells need more attention. I really don't like the tight parking.

Clean and close to smoothie King
The key pad stopped working. I had to get a new card to enter my room. Staff was not at the front desk, so I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come. Thank god, security was down stairs with me, so I wasn’t alone.
