Had an excellent stay. No frills, clean, well located hotel.

Old hotel. But excellent location and value.

For the money. You can’t beat this place. If you’re not choosy for luxury, this is a great place.

Great but way too expensive!

Great location, close to Waikiki Beach.

Honolulu is exorbitantly expensive... and therefore of course the hotel.... and I say that as a Swiss... 😏

Excellent! I would stay here again!

The apartment was great, very clean. The location is perfect for getting to the key places in Downtown Honolulu. Fantastic location, 4 minutes walk to the International Market Place and 10 minutes walk to Waikiki beach. Patrick were friendly and happy to help. Key fob access, complete kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom, underground parking at reasonable rates.

Better than expected and we would stay here again on a future trip.

This is a great place for a Hawaii/Waikiki family vacation that won't break the bank. It felt like home and the kids looked forward to crashing here after a long day sightseeing or at the beach. We were treated very graciously by the staff whenever we made a request. Having a kitchen in each room meant we could prepare simple meals for the varied interests of our kids. Parking was perfectly adequate. It was really nice to be so close (short walking distance) to all the shopping and eating venues in Waikiki.

Some of the kids mentioned that the beds were too hard. I found my bed to be comfortable and I slept well. It's on a busy roadway so there is some occasional city noise, but we packed sound machines to that sleeping through the noise was easier.

Enjoyed my time in Hawaii

Hotel is located near the airport (20min by car) in the middle of Waikiki area, 5min walk to the beach. The room is spacious and has a full kitchen.

It can be a bit noisy outside by night. Take earplugs with you just in case.

Hidden Gem!

Patrick and Staff were incredibly nice. Very friendly and attentive! This is our second family trip to Oahu and we would absolutely stay here again!

Waikiki Honolulu Hawaii Stay

Great Location. My room had a full size working Refrigerator, stove, and microwave. It had parking, but it was nightly paid parking.

Excellent stay location with a no-frills kitchen. Would stay the same place again

Excellent location - just 8 minutes walk to Waikiki beach. Clean unit. Kitchen fairly equipped, although an electric kettle is in deluxe rooms only. I think a kettle should be a must to have item.

Missed a kettle. Notice couple minor cockroaches in the bathroom at the early morning. The unit probably needs a pest control visit

We stayed for 10 days in Hawaii and was able to save a lot on grocery bills due to the value, kitchenette, and location.

Property managers very responsive. it also was the best value in Waikiki. The property is older, bet well maintained. having on-site parking was a bonus.

The vending machine wasn’t working, but there was a small market just down the block that had everything we needed.

it was exactly what we were seeing in the pictures of booking

the location was great. Everything is near by. The beach is 7 min walk. Close to restaurants and a public bus stop 5 min walk. We had everything we needed in the room. we had separate 2 bed and they were very comfortable size. There is a kitchen corner in the room in case someone wants to cook. The price of the room is fare enough

Maybe a big mirror in the room would be a plus.

A very reasonably priced hotel in a great location close to all amenities and attractions.

The reception and facilities were excellent. The location is perfect for Waikiki amenities, and there is a kitchen and balcony that is extremely convenient. The hotel is quiet and the cleaning staff are friendly and professional.

Dollars don’t go far in HI.

The size and location were good

It was very noisy as on the corner of the building with busy streets. And you can’t see out of the windows unless they are open.

great location and friendly staff and with a few tweaks would be great place stay.

location to beach and shops was great

the louvre windows, squeaky bed and minimal curtain made the place very noisy and light streaming in all hours plus no plug or dish liquid provided to do dishes despite advertised as full kitchen. a broom would’ve been good too as would’ve liked to do dishes and sweep sand plus clean toilet as well as rooms were only serviced two times a week. okay this but like to keep tidier and no means to do so.

if you like sleeping, don’t stay here

the location

the windows are slatted glass which meant there was no sound protection at all and outside this property is a very loud busy road so didn’t sleep at all. the curtains don’t block any light so there’s no chance of sleeping in. the air con in the main bedroom is extremely noisy. the manager wouldn’t accept the changing the dates price from booking.com and instead wanted me to pay an extra $350 US. the staff hotel isn’t staffed so you have to give an accurate arrival time or you’ll be waiting a long time.

Convenient location close to many tasty food options. The owner was nice and helpful with our requests. The room was spacious and pretty decent views as well as a full kitchen with a large fridge which kept our leftovers ready for the next day.
