This little motel was exactly as described, a well run, small 2 star motel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was not lavish but clean and quiet. It was priced accordingly for what it was and I would recommend this motel to anyone who was looking for a reasonable place to stay in the area. We would definitely stay there again.
Would have liked a dedicated ice machine but understood why there was not one. The owner kindly gave us ice from his own freezer when we needed it so bravo to him, i don't think many patrons ask for it anyway.

It was cheap and close to the train station.
The floor left a black/brown stain on my feet & socks. The WiFi password is not in the room or given at check in. The door had a large gap on the bottom that could have let in pest or insects.
