Great breakfast. Decorated nicely
Sheets had stains. Comforter was worn. Bed was comfortable and the outdoor pool was nice

Mary was AWESOME!! So friendly and knew my name as I walked in. She made me feel at home.
I had room 146 and the bed was horrible. It was so hard, I could not get comfortable, my back and hips hurt the next day. The laundry room is right next to the room and a loud banging noise was in the dryer and that kept me awake.

The hotel was very nice and modern. The desk clerks were posted and available. The continental breakfast was excellent, clean, and had a lot to offer.
The room had a bit of a smell to it that was apparent upon entering but subsided quickly. There were a few water stains on the ceiling.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was typically good.
Breakfast was empty one day. I understand it was a large convention group. When reported to staff, food was replaced. Towels that were taken after cleaning were not replaced with new towels. Hotel is old, although renovated.
