Clean quiet and enjoyable stay

The construction was an annoyance. Would have been nice to know we didn’t have a balcony before we booked but it was bearable!!

Never again, I will steer way clear of it.

No comments.

Check -in. Without a cell phone it would be impossible to check-in. Then a phone call I made was answered by AI. It sure as artificial but intelligence was definitely a misnomer. It was hanging up on me whenever it felt like. It took 5 or 6 harrowing phone calls before I was finally let in. I may not be very savvy using different so called "apps' on the cell phones, still checking in was quite stressful. Then on the floor by one of the beds there was a used-up condom. Utterly disgusting and I'm not sure was it was supposed to signify. Just started wondering about the overall cleanliness in the whole unit. No strainer or sort of plug in in the sink, so we ha to be very careful not to allow anything, like a tooth paste cap for example to fall in there. Opening the windows was a real chore, too. The whole mechanism was quite rough. I didn't want to push it too hard in order not to break anything. We somehow managed to open one of them and I count it as a blessing, dared not to push my luck with other windows. Suggestion: a coffee maker inside would be a nice touch. It was not listed as a part of equipment, so I won't complain about this, just a suggestion.

Place shouldn't be rented out during construction

Property was underconstruction. We were warned about this, but not to the full extent. Our entry was blocked by 2-3 manlifts that we were expected to walk around and under as well as various other construction items. There was no safe entry to the apartment, and the hosts did not seem to care. People are not aloud under man lifts and on a construction site with out proper PPE and yet the rules did not seem to apply to my family ...

The condo inside did have everything we needed.

The outside entrance as well as the patio were very unwelcoming, uninviting, and dirty. This has nothing to do with the construction going on in the neighboring complex.

Location was great, close to River, convenience store and restaurant and just out of Fernie

Blinds didn’t work, warped and need replacing in bedroom and living room windows. Old furniture in living room, could be updated no AC.
