Shuttle service was good although could have benefited having 2 vans for the conference.

Everything except the shuttle bus drivers this year. The drivers are contracted through a transportation company, so we've asked the Courtyard manager to relay our dissatisfaction with the drivers this year

Although we only stayed at this hotel for one night, we had a great experience. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Having a Starbucks on-site was a convenient bonus, especially for an early start to the day. The hotel’s location was also excellent—close to downtown
The only minor issue we encountered was that the room was not stocked with enough towels for the number of guests in our party. We had to contact the front desk to request additional towels

The room was comfortable
There was no microwave available in the room. It was very noisy and kept me awake most of the night. For someone who was traveling for work and needed a good night's sleep before working 10 hours the next morning, it was not the best option.
