Property is clean, conveniently located on the beach! Staff very friendly and attentive. This hotel is perfect for families.
The price of the onsite restaurants are overwhelmingly expensive for underwhelming food. They should consider letting kids eat free from kids menus in those restaurants. For a family of 5 it could easily cost $400 per night.

It was amazing. My family loved it and so did i. We had two rooms and the both were queen size beds. If i come back to miami i will definitely come back to this hotel again. If youre thinking of coming you definitely have to go for it!!!

We loved the ocean view from our hotel.
The bar tender, Ashely at the Sea Level Grill was not pleasant. When we asked what beers she had on tap she said none and turned around. She was out right rude. She stood out because everyone else was very professional and nice.

The property has everything you could need! Surf shop, spa, pool and perfect access to the private beach
The housekeeping is awful! They made our bed everyday but didn’t change the sheets! There were stains on the bedding. The housekeeping didn’t take our trash each day. We stayed 5 days and they took the trash on the 4th day!
