I didn't like the fact that I was unaware that I had to pay $39 for parking even when the man checked me in and took a $100 deposit from me, he said the parking is directly in back of the building and I said, yes, I know I stayed here last month and I told the lady I'll be back every month from now on. I got a ticket at 143 Monday morning. Because I was parked in the back. I do have a handicapped plaque that was not hanging from the mirror but it was in the seat of the car but I still got a ticket on Monday night, I moved my car, I parked somewhere else where it was a handicapped parking this time. I did not get a ticket so I don't know what's going on. But my ticket was $55, and I think that's terrible. Then I have to pay $55. I use a handicapped parking because I am physically and mentally handicapped. I am disabled, 75 years old handicapped. I was in a rented car that I rented while being there. My handicapped plaque was in my seat. And I gotta ticket, I don't feel like I should have to pay that ticket. I would like to go to court on it because I was misled by the result where I stayed because when I checked in. I should have been told that there was a parking fee and I was not and on Monday night. There was a dog. Who kept crying for over 2 hours?And it was in a room very near to 319.The room I was in, I was very disappointed this time, in this day, I don't think I'll be staying there anymore.And I'll be telling everyone else that I know.Please don't stay there because it is thirty nine dollars just to park one day
I acted the experience with the parking. Then maybe at the front desk was very helpful with what little bit she knew, but I thought that was the worst thing I've ever seen. You got a halfway, decent hotel and you wanna charge people $39 for parking? Because you rented the parking lot out. When you had free parking for people with that free parking that gave people A feeling that it would be a nice place to stay because the price was reasonable.But parking being more than the room itself that's ridiculous, even for fort.Lauderdale $,39 a night for parking, but because they didn't see my handicapped sticker.I got charged $55.That's crazy as hell

Everything there was great location was fantastic. Then lady at the front desk, she was absolutely wonderful.\n And the young lady who cleaned the room\n She was so kind so respectful. I left her a tip at the front desk. Because I wanted her to know she may be the cleaning woman , but that's very important and I appreciate it, her service
I like everything just wish I could have stayed longer the other residence was very nice

I liked the view and how the room was decorated. It was spacious and pretty. There was lots of storage. The TV was really good.
I didn't like how the keys were very unreliable. They kept deactivating forcing me to leave my room unlocked in fear I was going to be locked out. The bathroom door also would get jammed; my friend got stuck in the bathroom for a little.
