The location, the available parking near the room, available coffee and snacks at the dinning room, the AC
The bed very high and mattress not comfortable , the bathroom is in really bad conditions (it's deteriorating), the vanity and sink was too high to use ( I am 5'-10" and couldn't reach the faucet) the cleanliness of the bathroom. the room condition doesn't justify $200+ mid week price even the location is great
