Great staff and location . Good stay in an Asbury that has (almost) otherwise been smashed with a bougie, yuppy hammer that has all but destroyed what was once a funky, art drive, gritty, fun place — replacing what was real with BS pretentions and wayard $ brunchy places and the clawing people that go with it. The Empress stands alone hotwl-wise as part of the earthy traditional past.

The room was really nice - spacious and clean! The location was excellent - a very short walk to the Ithaca Commons and plenty of restaurants.
Parking was available on property, but a little tricky to find.

The location is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable.
The bathroom was not well cleaned, particularly the shower. At this price point I expect better cleanliness. Especially if I’m told my roommate ready at check in time.
