Decent for a one or two day trip.

I liked how it was only about 15 mins from convention center. We liked that it had a full size refrigerator. Liked that the ac unit was working. At check in the gentleman was very nice.

Didn’t like that we couldn’t go on balcony because they were working on building. Really don’t like how tight the parking is in the parking garage. Also bathrooms should have plenty of hooks to hang everyone’s towels and you all don’t have that. Something in the room was bothering mine and my daughters allergies. Also for the price free breakfast should be included.

Good location, but wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

Front desk check in staff was very kind and helpful. Close to the beach. Free onsite parking.

We had an ocean view room but you could barely see the ocean. Our view was scaffolding from renovations and a sign taped to the glass door saying we could not open the balcony door for safety reasons. The plastic chairs for the balcony were stacked in our room. Property is worn.

Great stay nice pools and jacuzzis

Breakfast is good but a lil expensive specially a orange juice. It was cheaper to eat at Waffle House. I understand it was a buffet but competitive prices ???

My wife and I had our anniversary and we enjoyed staying at this hotel for the most part . We definitely had a good time

I enjoyed my stay minus the bed/bedding and the room being too hot. both of these affected a good nights sleep.

the beds were absolutely HORRIBLE. The worst spring mattresses. The linens were just as bad. The room stays hot no matter the setting on the thermostat.

Great Location and Awesome staff and amenities!!!

The staff was delightful and very helpful! The beach was clean and very nice! The jacuzzi and rooftop pool was an amazing experience!

The beds were a little hard but nothing too bad. Watch for food advertisements they send under your door, they’re scams!!!!

Wont use this facility again - old and outdated rooms that were not worth the money

My Stay At Grande Shore

I loved everything about my stay at Grande Shore. The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and I loved the oceanfront view.

We would definitely stay here again. From the staff to the location to the great oceanfront view.

We really enjoyed our stay. From the time we walked in, a day early, until check-out the staff was so friendly, accommodating, helpful, etc. Nem assisted us with the rooms; Aro (sp?) assisted us with securing parking for our motorcycle and trailer to include getting us directions to go visit friends. The staff/bartender at the Cafe were delightful. We had the best, friendliest service and the food was delicious.

Nothing serious. We felt the building showed some fair wear and tear so to speak however it was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was good the staff wasn’t very friendly they seemed a little agitated because they normally don’t open on mondays they even stated it to our group

There were bugs in the kitchen also we got ripped off by using a menu that was in the room for what we assumed to be a legitimate pizzeria which then led to the police getting involved as well however the front desk reps and the manager were very helpful and compassionate. (2 ) In particular Marissa and Heather .

I didn’t like that the room I booked wasn’t handicapped accessible the bathroom door was too small for my daughter to fit through the door. had to ask for a different room with a bigger bathroom. The handicapped bathroom didn’t have a handheld shower head.

Not worth the money do not stay

The view of the beach.

The room had roaches, they only came out at night, found two in shower, one crawling across bathroom counter. In the kitchen found a pregnant one in bottom cabinet, one crawling on top cabinet. Then the last night around 3am saw a big flying water bug, took an hour to find it.

Resort as a whole was great. Would recommend renting a car to get shopping and restaurants

Rooms were great. Very clean. plenty of space. Whole property was exceptionally clean. Beach was wonderful as were the pools and lazy river. The staff was very friendly from the moment of check-in to checkout. The cleaning staff did a great job. One of our party's a/c went out at 10:00 P.M. Whole unit was replaced within 45 minutes.

Only thing that can be improved on is places to eat. We arrived by plane and chose not to rent a car. Restaurant did not serve lunch, and was closed on Monday totally. Pool bar was only opened Wed thru Sat until 5:00 p.m. The poolside grill was not open at all. This was Labor Day week. We didn't expect things to be closed down so quickly. We did talk to front desk. They are working on getting restaurant opened for lunch as well, but with employee shortages, not able to happen right now.
