Stuck in an old run down hotel and over-paid for it.

Nothing

There were holes in the ceiling from “the fire we had,” the elevator broke, overall the hotel is dirty, website pictures were completely different from what this hotel is, mold in the bathroom, our door had been pried open before, the list goes on…..

Clean, Quiet With An Awesome Staff!

Loved the deluxe queen suite w/kitchen. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Staff was on point and very accommodating. Complimentary breakfast is a treat w/fresh coffee and waffles. Would definitely recommend.

I will not stay there again.

the woman at the front desk that greeted me very nicely. the breakfast was ok... typical inexpensive hotel fair. the elevator worked

scary neighborhood..... a guy in the parking lot tried to sell me jewelry for $50. I said no, he said how about $10. I told him to have a lovely evening. The A/C was set to 60º and barely kept the room comfortable. There was dark mold in the bathtub/shower

The whole hotel was rundown and the hallways stunk horribly.

All in all, it was quiet, pleasant and comfortable stay. I would stay there again!

The bed and my sleep were superb! I didn't have a chance to eat the breakfast.

The view was not all that good and the hotel itself is old. It really needs some updating and a new elevator!!

water leak above front counter, elevator was broken, no pool, breakfast area was dirty, no discount in rate for not having a pool or an elevator available.

The employees were all very sweet and accommodating and the location was only 25 min out from Las Vegas strip, which isn’t bad for me (:

I chose this specific hotel because of its beautiful and broadly advertised indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, but do to unforeseen circumstances it was closed, so we weren’t able to check it out ):

the TV in the room was located so that one couldn’t watch it from bed. Also guests can not remove food from the breakfast room to be eaten in our kitchen suite

Exceptional

Simple hotel, fairly clean room with adequate space for a 1-night stay for family with children. It's little far from central Vegas but it was one of the few affordable hotels that was available at the time. Friendly front-desk staff. There's a gas station right nex door.

Great Breakfast options, Very comfortable bed and pillow but could have used a working elevator

Breakfast great.. hot and cold options were twrrific variety. Bedding very comfortable. Vanity a bit small. Elevator did not work. Was forced to walk up-and-down 4 flights of stairs with luggage and other items for 3 days and I have a bad knee; it would have. been nice to have that elevator and they would've got a better rating if they had it.

Pretty good option if you need to stay in vegas but don't want to be downtown. Old, but Indoor pool and breakfast are nice.

Elevator broken. That should have been communicated to us upon booking so could choose another location, but they didn't mention it until after we paid. "Here's you key, oh by the way youll have to take the stairs" is disrespectful. I have a hard time with stairs but we managed ok for 1 night.

Ok place to stay one night

The breakfast wasn't that great. Not very many options and things didn't get refilled as fast. Check in was great and the staff was friendly throughout our stay.

The pictures online made it look like it was nicer than it was. It was older and not as well kept up as the pictures portrayed. The elevator was broken as well. There was a smell in the hotel too that didn't make us think of fresh and clean, more run down. The bathtub was sketchy and crackled. It sounded like it was going to break open any minute and every step you took. That was the case for my daughter who is 120 lbs and for the adults staying there that were 150-220 lbs and only one person at a time.

It was a place to lay my head for the weekend

The elevator was broken, the spas heating element was out, the bed as subpar, pull out bed was horrible.
