We like everything about fall motel
But suggest if they have 2 baths in family room maybe more comfortable but we don’t have any problem with that.

The place was ok for passing through to put your head down and the staff are wrlcoming and great.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable , free parking which os great and a short 5 - 10 mins drive to the attractions.
The hospitality was eccellent.
The price is high for the quality of the room, the rooms do need a update and the wifi is not great the tv channels freeze.
The furnture is old and the bathroom deffo needs a refurbish. The window sills need a good clean a change of bath mat and shower doors are very old and not that great.
On a whole though it is a place to sleep wash up and refresh.
The price needs to be at least 50% cheaper for how the quality of the room stands, but i understand to make a profit and know poeple will stay because the prices of more local hotels are alot higher.

Clean , fresh smell in rooms and beds , the lady manager was very supportive and pleasant personality. The bath tub was clean and hot water shower was soothing. Coffee was available in the room and air conditioning was good . Restaurants were on walking distance and I got Chinese food delivered to my room . A backyard with chairs to sit and smoke or have breakfast . I recommend a pleasant family stay at reasonable rate .

The motel is near the bus stop for bus 30 and 40 which went to the falls
The WiFi was very poor television impacted by this. Rooms small especially bathroom and walls paper thin so were worken when next door arrived early morning and then kept awake by their snoring
