The late check out, breakfast and the location. We were in walking distance to our itinerary.
The 3rd floor smelled like wet carpet. Only 1 elevator was working and the one that was working took forever to get to you. It was also missing the certification sticker that is supposed to be posted in all elevators.

Cleanliness of the bathrooms is not acceptable the bath tub have stains and the toilet seat as well unfortunately , beside that the room was acceptable
