Location. Price. Staff
Housekeeping is not always available. If you Don't get clean sheets in the morning forget about asking them later. Remote had the batteries taped in. If you changed the bedroom tv the living room tv changed channels as well . Smoke detector was removed

The room was ok as far as size
The room was old and dated, the location was not in the best area, and the fridge had someone else's food left in it. The cleaning crew should have made sure everything was cleaned and emptied out
