We were staying there because we had a very early surgery at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital so it was very convenient and saved us a long drive.
The facilities are not well maintained. There is graffiti in the elevator, the bathroom door didn't close, and the mattress kept sliding from the bed. We also found a previous guest's dirty underwear on the floor. It reminded me of a low income apartment building. There is nothing wrong with that especially if you just need a place to sleep for the night or somewhere to stay if you have a relative in the hospital. If you are expecting a nice hotel, I'd probably look elsewhere.
