Location
We had a leak in our first room then moved to another room but the a/c and the fridge do not cool properly and the bathroom door was dirty which indicates the room wasn’t cleaned adequately.

Everything was close and near by and free shuttle to universal. I would rebook
The 1 of the elevators weren’t working and took forever to go to our room. Also the floor on the elevator seemed like a hazard. It looked there was some indentation on the floor.

Location and friendly staff
One of the two elevators was out of service until the last two days of our stay, so we had to wait quite a long time for the only elevator that was working. Several times, we chose to take the stairs instead. Only three “standard” towels were provided even though there were four guests in the room. The yogurts at breakfast kept running out and were not replenished. There was also no one monitoring the breakfast area to make sure food was not being taken upstairs. The rooms were very humid!
