We had one room with 2 queen size beds overlooking the riverwalk. The room was spacious, fully equipped bathroom. Perfect location to walk to everything. The only drawback was no microwave, but we were given one upon request. Breakfast was exceptional and staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the surroundings.
Hot tub temperature was too hot to get in and lighting after dark in the pool area could have been better.

Location was good
I didn’t like the fact one of the elevators wasn’t working to the parking garage. And we had to wait for someone to pick us up on the golf cart. On the next day for cleaning the housekeeper took all of the dirty towels but left only one clean hand towel. Although we had our own blankets on the top of the bed. The bed wasn’t made or touched at all. Check in staff was very nice and helpful.

Loved the access to the Riverwalk and all the sights around it.
There was a nasty smell everyday. Wasn’t pleasant.

I liked that it was close to everything.
When I got there with it being my first time, I pulled in to the hotel and asked about parking. The man was very rude and just points and laughs. Then at midnight I have to go back down there because my room key isn’t working over a deposit and parking. That could have waited until the morning. And then also we waited for the pool to open and we had to call to get someone to even open it. Not really the best stay but it was alright.
