Did not get any sleep due to all the noise

The breakfast was bad. Powdered eggs, cheap sausage. Selection was poor.

We stayed on the 2nd floor, and there were other guests up all night drinking and carrying on in the hallway, very loud and disruptive. did not stop until 5am. Also no elevator in the hotel.

The pool needs to be heated, I tried to go for a swim and it was freezing cold.

Under impressed. Motel 6 vibes....

Staff was friendly. The bathroom was clean.

Room was humid and dusty. There was pubic hair on the lampshade and towels. The only socket in the bathroom did not work. There was no elevator. The breakfast was disgusting. We were not greeted upon arrival.

Not a good night sleep, unfriendly staff

The location was great. It’s near many restaurants and near shopping area. There was one staff member who is very helpful when you can find him.

The staff, the noise, and the washer machine being broken. One staff member was completely useless. She sat in her phone most of the time especially during checkout. You can hear every outside hallway noise and people walking above you. The vacuuming of the hallway at 3:45 am was unacceptable as well. Breakfast starts at 7 am sharp. She wouldn’t allow my athlete to go get a muffin and a piece of fruit at 6:30 before going to a game. We had to stop at Walmart to grab it. I never received a receipt because the lady was on her cell phone and told me to drop my keys in bowl. She asked me if there was anything else I wanted from her. I told her a receipt would be nice but the language barrier between us and my frustration and lack of sleep caused me to walk out instead. The gentleman behind me asked her to put down the phone and he wanted a printed receipt and she didn’t move from her seat either.

All good The pool was easily accessed and heated staff friendly and helpful security doors were locked and properly accessible will stay here again when in the area

one side of the window blackout curtain was broken - pull rod was missing - so it did not close properly But it did do its job no earl grey tea for breakfast

Exceptional

Breakfast was good. Pool was really warm too. Gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and even suggested some really good places to eat for dinner.

A little bummed there wasn't a hot tub in the pool area like we had expected, but it definitely wasn't a deal breaker for our stay.

Comfortable stay for disabled persons.

Loved the pool and the beds were very comfortable, nice room.

As a disabled person the shower needs something on the floor it was slippery and possibly one or two more grab bars in the shower area would help. A hand held shower head would also be nice.

filthy, poor housekeeping, smells bad, outdated

the building looks nice from the parking lot, lobby was nice too.

Our first room smelled bad, musty, old, the top cover had stains all over it, the room wasn’t vacuumed. complained and got a room across the hall, wasn’t much better, same smells, the white sheet had blood stains in it, comforters were stained, hair in the shower. It felt very cringy,desk chair had some white paint stains all over it. The pool area had an awful stench too, wasn’t the usual chlorine smell, was a musty dirty smell. It felt like a motel, not a hotel by any means.

That it had a pool and close to the highway

The water pressure sucked. The receptionist didn't even know that if you use booking.com that it's already been paid for, i had to wait an hour to check in. They charged a deposit that was not listed in the description. The housekeepers just walk in whenever they want. Beds were uncomfortable

looks great from the outside but stay somewhere else

It was close to the main road but far enough to not get a lot of traffic noise

The breakfast was poor at best. limited variety and half of it was either out or burnt. no lights working in the pool area. added expenses for everything.

The facility was very clean and professional.

We had a bit of trouble at check in, the staff person was very kind but unfortunately she had trouble with the computer. We waited for 20ish minutes and my daughter, who had a separate room, couldn't check in till other stay got there. But over it was fine and it got worked out.

Best Value for The Price!!!

Breakfast was just O.K. but then, I couldn't complain at all because the price of the room was such a good value and at that price, I wouldn't expect a free breakfast at all. All in all, the breakfast was definitely adequate.

The water pressure of the shower in the bathroom could have been stronger. But honestly, the bedding was comfortable, it was quiet, we had lots of towels, the refrigerator had an actual freezer, and the T.V. was excellent and large with many channels.

Stressful but we got through it.

Was very dark and lights out when we walked in. Didn’t seem very inviting. Staff wasn’t able to find our confirmation. Didn’t know how to check us in . There was curtains missing on one window and just had a sheer panel. Had to call in someone to check us in. she was helpful.
