Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and good size for 2 queen beds with a fridge and microwave which was a bonus. The included breakfast had good selection and was impressive for normal continental breakfast options.
Parking lot had a ton of potholes and the hotel did seem a bit damp. Not sure if it was just Texas humidity.

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was fine. Good location. Our room had an attached mini room with a bank bed, small table, and tv for the children. The kids loved the separate room
The elevator shook a lot and made a lot of noise. My children were a little scared when we first go into the elevator. The beds were little firm.

Entry to hotel is difficult to find.

The location is very convenient to the event we were attending.
The hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. Bathtub/shower had signs of rust, the window was caulked with expanding foam, the toilet kept running.
The bed was comfortable though.
