Hope you do some looking into the smell and changing out the mattress

Breakfast was ok not great. Didn’t spend much time in the room

The beds were uncomfortable. The room smelled musty real bad.

Overall I would not stay here again due to the room being dirty.

The price is good, free breakfast and amenities. The girl in the front desk was very friendly! And helpful!

The room wasn’t clean, I found rat poop on the kitchenette. I had Clorox wipes so I wiped the counters. The carpet was not vacuumed, and the pool water was very dirty. We had to ask for clean towels and extra trash bags. It was 10 am and they were already asking if we were checking out when we still had an hour to check out.

Relaxing

Breakfast was great. Ease of check in/out. Nice sheets and soft pillows Spacious bathroom and counter space.

No bacon at breakfast. Wish my room was tidied up with trash taken out and more towels were brought while we were out. Bed was too firm.

The stay was good a gentleman was really helpful and was able to help me with my husband disability being on a wheelchair

What I didn't like was the female front desk didn't or couldn't put a smile on their face they were not friendly.. the building was too hot. The 3rd and 4th floors were too hot.. no AC .. kitchen and room drawers were messed up, and the fridge door wouldn't open the (freezer part )and it was too far from the downtown no restaurants near by..

Copier at business center has not worked for a year. Room was hot and stuffy. Breakfast food was cold. That's what I didn't like.

night staff was rude, never a managers presence, overcharged on room from what I agreed to booking.

Beds were decently comfortable

a/c in room was extremely noisy! notified staff and they did nothing to fix or offer to move me rooms. charged me more than booking.com showed I’d pay. night staff was not friendly or helpful, if anything he was defensive and didn’t help correct any issues. he told me I was paying more due to their fluctuation in their weekend stay, which I had a reservation for weeks and shouldn’t have changed in price! I asked several times to speak to a manager and there was never one on premises at time of discussion. I asked for one to call me and never got that phone call either.

asked several employees for towels for our room and never got them our last nights stay. couldnt shower..no towels were ever brought to us. the fridge did not work in the room at all.

I would definitely stay here again.

This was the CLEANEST hotel room i have EVER stayed at in my life! I was VERY impressed of how clean they were. The staff, Izzy & & Shivam were SO nice, accommodating & professional! I truly enjoyed working with them. The individual coffee pots in the room were great! That coffee was better than the breakfast coffee. Their bacon was delicious! I made a point to tell the staff how impressed I was and thanked them. The toiletries were very nice, I want to buy them for home!

The distance from here I needed to be this weekend BUT that's not their fault! Need more parking though. Only one elevator was working which made it an issue especially at peak check out times.
