We stayed here last Friday for the Hot Air Balloon Festival in Kalamazoo and had a wonderful experience! When we checked in, we were surprised with a room upgrade, which was super exciting. The room was almost 1,000 square feet and gave our family of four plenty of space to spread out and relax. We all slept great, and the beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast was good and a nice way to start our morning. I also want to give a special shoutout to Zeus, who was extremely helpful and welcoming during check-in and made a great first impression.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again when we’re in the Kalamazoo area!

The 1 bedroom suite offered a full kitchen and living room with a separate bedroom (2 queens) and bathroom. The room was quiet and comfortable and was located very near to Western Michigan University. It was in a busy part of town surrounded by stores and restaurants so lots of options for meals or shopping (tho most require driving). It did included the standard hot/cold breakfast buffet and also had a courtyard area with outdoor seating. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful.
The room upon entry always had a stale smell though we became accustomed to it after a few minutes. A candle or some air freshener would have come in handy.

Ten o’clock male knocked on the door wanting to do fire practice outside. Overall, uncomfortable feeling.
