Everything was great.
We loved everything till we did the time share thing. When we said we wasn’t interested they kept coming back with a lower figure. They just didn’t stop when we said no and it was only supposed to take 2 hours and it ended up being like 31/2 hours that took time away from my family.

This resort is in a great location to surrounding theme parks. If you prefer to see the beach or natural springs you are still within an hour drive. The rooms were clean and provided everything we needed. The pool area was great, there were cups that we found in the pool while swimming but overall things were clean.
I booked our room on booking.com and went to the first building on the property thinking that was where we checked in at. Turns out you have to go to the clubhouse if you book on a 3rd party website. Not a big deal but was slightly confusing.

Location was great, glad we could cook and save on eating out where possible. We were so busy visiting Universal and Disney we didn’t get to use the full range of facilities.

The pool with bar & restaurants
As soon as we arrived our bedroom patio door would not open 4 maintenance guys later and 2 days later it work by pushing and pulling not easy! 2nd day while sitting at the fire pit we had to call Security because we heard a woman yelling for help. We have stayed at this resort many times but something was off this time , the resort was not as clean, the landscape was not as nice as it used to be , and I did not feel I was as safe as past trips. Probably my last trip to this resort .
