The location is only a short drive to the rehoboth boardwalk and shopping. The room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable.
Everything was great maybe at some point I would only remove carpets and install the wood style flooring.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very professional and friendly.
I had 2 rooms and only 1 was ready at 3pm. They were supposed to contact me when the other room was ready but they never did. We ended up coming back late that night after dinner and walking the boardwalk. The pool was open from 9 to 9, but there were no towels for us to use Sunday morning. The ones in the dirty bin from the day before were never washed. They said it would take 30 mins but we were there for over an hour and no towels. We had to go up into our rooms and grab the towels from there.

Area is very convenient to everything.
The breakfast was very cheap. The coffee cups were so small they weren’t even for a whole cup. They were half cups.when we arrived to our room the bathroom had many hairs all over the floor. I used the small coffee keurig in the morning it was covered in dust. The towels for the pool were hand towels how do you offer a guest a towel that is that small.
