As far as overall experience, we had a great time.It was an excellent spot for easy walking to the strip and to the fishing pier as well. I would definitely recommend for an affordable getaway
So although I don't like to be the bear of bad news , the only thing I would consider is for the hotel to update their mattresses , they we're little on the uncomfortable side, other than that I have no complaints what so ever

I liked the view, size of the refrigerator, and the convenient free parking
The ad was misleading. We stayed in the smaller building beside the building that was pictured online. Both buildings were the boardwalk, but transparency would have been nice. Also they don’t have a continental breakfast, nor do they have complimentary coffee in the room; and yet they have a coffee maker. Also, there was construction happening on both sides of the hotel.
