Convenient and Clean but Nothing Special

Convenient location. Reasonably priced. Room was clean and modern.

Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was nothing special. Most of the equipment in the fitness room did not work properly :-(

Never again

Lock was broke on 125 the room the gal put us in. We left and didn't realize it until 7 hours later it didn't lock period when u leave....spaghetti sauce dripped on the floor and bottom drawers not cleaned. No heat in the room. Blew cold air. We had to move at 1240am at night...No plates in the room they moved us. Pretty much a crappy stay here. Especially bring a choice member!!

Fix your doors and locks. Everything could of been stolen and jewerly!!

Superb

Halle at the front desk went above and beyond when I checked in. It was 5 pm, but cleaning staff had not shown up that day, and my room was not yet clean. Halle left the front desk and spent 15 minutes prepping my room. She also was helpful in locating the elevator, as my room was on the 2nd floor, and I have a bad knee which makes doing steps difficult.

Put up a sign on the EXIT door that also indicates the elevator is tucked around the corner - you cannot see the elevator as you walk down the hall.

Rooms had a weird odor that never left even with the window open all day. I say "rooms" because a coworker experienced the same thing on this trip.

I feel like I got what I paid for, but see easy room for improvement.

location, rate, checkin/out process, friendliness of staff

staff knocked loudly on my door at 9 am day of checkout, vacuumed in the halls around same time every day. bathroom needed updates, staff was having political conversation in front of guests. only 3 pillows on the bed, and blanket was tucked so tightly that it was impossible to pull the blanket up more than 3/4 up the bed.

The pictures of the rooms in the listing were far different than the room that we stayed in.

The location and the price were great.

The room was outdated and seemed to be in need of some new sheets and a thorough cleaning. Was a little disappointed based on the pictures of the rooms provided in the listing.

Highly recommend to everyone!!

The check in staff and house keeping staff were above and beyond any of my expectations!!!

My only disappointment was no spatula to turn my eggs with.

Passable

I did not like how the outside door does not latch, and u have to use key card to enter. anyone could come and go as they please. someone had put plastic bag around the smoke detector, so obviously housekeeping did not check the room

Great place with a kitchenette.

Great place to stay!! I couldn't be happier!!

The room was missing an iron and ironing board.. other then that, everything was great.

Not bad for a short stay

Large room with comfortable bed and 2 desk areas with 2 chairs. The room and bathroom were mostly updated recently.

There was an odd smell in the room, which was only noticeable when first entering it. The bathroom door latch was finicky. The TV remote didn't work. The guests above us seemed to be stomping when they walked.

Staff. I forget her name?? She came from Colorado and she managed the omaha main stay for the week during my stay. She worked her ass off and was training other new staff members as the new receptionist for that specific location she's a very good multitasker

Very noisy during the weekend especially Saturday night Oct 15th

It was a pleasant surprise and a great room.

The room was recently remodeled and was excellent.

The main entry was under construction and took away from my initial opinion.
