Great location, very spacious, but not really clean.

I liked that I was near the mall and stores, there was a kitchen, and the room was spacious.

It was really clean, I found hair that was not mine on the kitchen counters and bathroom sink counters, also the tub was dirty and I was not comfortable to take a shower, so I washed at the sink.

Overall nice place and the staff was wonderful!!

Room was nice, bed was comfortable

No breakfast, no ice machines(they said the ice was in the fridge in the room-it made 6 ice cubes the first night we were there and none after that), and no pool

The cleaners of the hotel and staff was very good

That my room was down graded to a double with when I booked a king and I was not notified before my arrival. Also the pool was kind of dirty but it is in the back around all those trees. I also was told that they would get me some extra points for not being notified of my form grade and I never received them

It was a comfortable stay at a great price and easy to travel downtown for a conference.

I liked my quiet room facing away from the busy street. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Kitchen was nice to have too. Great desk and extra chair.

The lobby is very confined. It’s hard to have several people there checking in.

We liked the apartment style room and that the hotel is pet friendly.

There wasn't enough parking.

There were minor irritations but I would stay again.

I like the size and set up of the room. The staff was nice.

The property seemed a little dated and there was a weird smell down the halls. we booked a non smoking room and upon entering our room it reeked with the smell of cigarette. The lady at the front desk was very swift with providing us with another room. This one was fine but the bathroom floor had not been swept and there were no bedding for the sofa bed.
