The location & staff
The rooms were very dated. Didn’t feel clean

Breakfast was delicious.
I appreciate that food was served late.
The lobby area was lovely.
The shuttle was perfect!
Maybe a little bit hotter coffee. It was very good coffee, but it wasn't as hot as it could have been.

Location was the best. Staff were pleasant and helpful
A soap holder in the shower fell off when I braced on it with my hand to pick up soap. I wasn’t provided the breakfast voucher on arrival and had to go back to check in to get them before family could eat breakfast
