I would recommend for a visit to Yellowstone NP

Location was great, minutes to Yellowstone NP entrance , and close to lots of shopping and a fair amount of dining options.

Exceptional

Staff was always glad to help, ice cream social and smores nightly were great. Pool and Hot Tub were great, just a wonderful experience. One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time.

Just a little disappointed in the Breakfast selections. Could have had more hot choices.

Amazing place close to everything

I thought this property was awesome for families! They had a really neat game room in the basement with air hockey, arcade games and Xbox room/lounge all for free! I thought it was also a nice touch that they offered s’mores packets for the fire pit outside and free ice cream. My kids loved it! The rooms were spacious and very clean too. I loved that they had full bottles of bath & body works shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower. Excellent place! Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area or visiting Yellowstone.

Very nice hotel with amenities, but a few small issues.

Lots of amenities - pool, game room, small gym, s'mores by the fire. Clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was fine.

No hot food for breakfast, no eggs. (The new stove hadn't been delivered yet) Rooms and hallway were way too hot (it was early May and still snowing). There was no way to turn down the heat so we had to open the window sometimes.

A welcome overnighter during a two day tour of Yellowstone NP.

We enjoyed our stay at the Yellowstone Park. The rooms could have been slightly brighter although the low lighting was in keeping with the theme of the US Western design. Breakfast was of the typical US style but the options were good and the food was fresh and of good quality. The location meant we could easily walk into the small town to get to plenty of bars and restaurants.

The brightness of the room could be enhanced by additional lighting options. A bit too yellow for my liking but it was in keeping with the themed historical US Western ambience.

Dissapointing.

The breakfasts are pathetic. Very little choice of poor quality food. Only paper plates and cups with PLASTIC utensils. This West Yellowstone lodge is ugly and inpersonal. We liked nothing about it apart from the comfortable bed.

See above. This place is a rip off and trading only on its proximity to Yellowstone park.

Will stay somewhere else next time but that’s no reflection on the staff.

Bad mattress (sunk in) which hurt my back. two of the four lights in the room didn’t work, only one way in or out of the parking lot and delivery driver parked in driveway so we couldn’t get out. Breakfast was marginal.

Great location with nice touches like s’mores, game room, yoga mats and friendly staff!

They had nice touches- the s’mores, game room, and yoga mat. The staff was great- good dinner recommendation.

Breakfast was ok. After our stay they charged us for having a dog “poop” in our room, but we didn’t have a pet and the manager quickly resolved the problem and reversed the charge.

The breakfast was very poor. More like a continental breakfast. When we booked the room paid all kinds of resort fees and taxes. Then we get our credit card statement and they charged $15.00 so I called the motel and was told we charge every person a $15.00 fee. Well needless to say we won’t be staying there again! It was our highest priced motel even higher than In the park or Jackson Hole Wy.
