The location is excellent, just a very short drive from the West Entrance of Yellowstone, which makes it extremely convenient for exploring the park.
Our family room was nice, and the breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Having a good breakfast before a long day in Yellowstone was a real advantage and made the mornings much easier.
Overall, we were happy with our choice and felt the hotel worked well as a base for visiting Yellowstone.
The family room felt a little tight for four adults, and the price was quite high.
The hotel also feels very tourism focused, and the staff sometimes seemed a little tired or less welcoming than we would have liked. West Yellowstone itself is also very touristy, which was not really our preferred atmosphere, although that is true of many hotels in the area.

For the pool and it was not available. Very sad grandchildren - who looked forward to swimming. No garbage cans in room.
