Bad!

First of all the announcements of this property is deceiving . This is not a hotel. when we arrived at this property and saw the neighborhood location, the facilities we understood that we could not stay. The staff was kind enough to cancel our reservation. They told us that they were still under reconstruction and that it was the first day they were opened. Everything in this hotel seems ver suspicious to us. We were tired after two days driving from New Jersey to Orlando and we were looking and hoping for a good place to rest and relax ,and this. Was not the case. I recommend that Booking remove this location from your webpage

Terrible stay...

1. We got the wrong room had to switch rooms. 2. No dresser in the room 3. Coffee maker was missing pieces had to get a replacement 4. Room was not clean found used condom wrappers in room Even though we had problems on day one. They only gave me back $30.00 on a room I stayed in for 3 days.

There wasn’t anything I liked about the property.

I booked a room with a king size bed but the room they gave us had two beds. I wanted to get it fixed but then decided that it would be fine for just the one night. The room wasn’t very clean. There were stains on the pillows and stains all over the carpet. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. The tub was awful and you could see dirt and hair on the floor. Thank god we were only there one night. We left before 8am the next morning.

this is not a hotel I would ever visit again

no microwave in the room, broken toilet seat, 2 roaches by the sink in the morning, flashing light all night outside my door, all lights were unplugged when I checked in, ice machines not working on the first and second floor, all vending machines not working, no trash receptacle in the room

Next to a jail, smells like weed, looks nothing like the pictures, roaches, had to get a new key everytime I wanted to access my room.

Falsely advertised under days inn, needs much work.

there was no breakfast, but one was advertised.

elevator didn't work, baggage cart was filthy, clock didn't work in room & a noisy room next to us.

Terrible hotel - only book if desperate

Almost nothing. Weirdly it was the best hotel bed I've had, but everything else was horrible.

This hotel is awful. Things are broken and sketchy. The fridge was completely frozen over. I'm a little surprised this place is allowed to function as a business. No wifi. Guys yelling outside until 4am. I left my 3 day reservation after the first night to find a different hotel.

all of it- bugs in the floor, carpet was soaking wet, and room stunk of mold, most lights didn’t work, no hot water, I had 3 reserved and we only had two towels , 1 washcloth, when I tried explain the situation I was dismissed - my sing stuffed animal fell in the floor during his sleep and when he went to pick it up it was soaking wet from the floor being wet,

Staff is friendly and helpful!

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Roaches in room and bathroom. Carpet was very sticky throughout room. Coffee pot in room did not work and roaches came out top. Right next door to prison/jail.

Checked in with Shadika and checked out with Rosa. Both are extremely helpful and friendly. They always make sure my needs are met and that's I this is my choice for hotel stays.

Good price but not safe

Front staff was super nice. The beds were very soft and comfortable.

There was no trash bags for our 1 trash can that was in the room. There was no wash rags, only 1 big towel to share among 4 people. The bathtub didn't have a drain plug to use on the tub part. There was 18 wheelers with trailers taking up most of the parking. The whole downstairs reeked of weed. There was a party going on our last night with a bunch of weed, naked naked girls that were drunk and loud. Even though my room was clean & comfortable, I did not feel safe at all. I heard the security guy talk to the front guy as he got a phone call asking about cameras and the hotel did not have security cameras. I didn't see anything for breakfast, only small thing of coffee.

Very good

The pool was available and clean.

The breakfast is not a real breakfast, it's only a yogurt, a fruit and a bottle of water in a small bag. Better than nothing however.

Roaches, view of jail. Cars being towed for their pleasure. No reason for it.

Not a breakfast. Snacks for 2 year old. Water fruit cup with syrup . Very sad.

Get rid of the General Manger MARISSA. .She Set the tone for rest of the staff. ROSA IS AWESOME. Good over evil in every way every day.
