Location, beautiful garden. Clean room and good furniture.
There was noise from the corridor, so better soundproofing is needed. Amenities are available only upon request, and their quality falls well short of Sheraton standards. There were no complimentary water bottles (they charge $3 per bottle!). On top of that, the parking fee was $30 per night, which I never expected

the room was nice
there were bugs in every corner. I had to call someone to bring someone out to kill them. it ruined the vibe of the place and made me want to leave
