The pool area was great, ice machine on each floor was great.
No microwave in my room was horrible, we ate dinner in the restaurant, we had lunches down street. Left overs we had go to floor 3, we had no paper plates to carry hot food back up 6 floors.
(Rooms need microwaves) or should be able have front desk to bring one to your room if needed.

Ice machines on our floor didnt work the whole weekbwe were there, going to bar to ask for ice seemed like a burden to the bartender... when it came to check out the front desk gentleman was not very helpful had to ask another front desk lady to help and even that felt like a bother to her.. heard better reviews at hotel bo will be going there next
Have a nicer and friendlier staff, fix issues as soon as their brought to staff attention
