absolutely nothing to like about the property!

i had to move to 3 different rooms! the first one had a shower that wasn’t working properly, a couch full of animal hair, and roaches on the counter! the second smelled of smoke, had cigarette burn stains to carpet and bed, and the third room we fixed it up ourselves because I refused to move again since it had stained sheets! after complaining the first time, the woman at reception didn’t even bother asking how she could help she simply gave us attitude and asked “so what, you checking out then?”. then in the morning because we didn’t let house keeping in on time, we couldn’t request towels or linens and had to wait til the next day when housekeeping went again. only for them to forget to leave any, so the front desk man, decided to leave towels on the floor for us. of course, all were hand towels only. and finally, breakfast! we got waffles and they couldn’t even bother with butter. there was peanut butter and that’s it. btw nothing worked, not the jacuzzi, or the laundry room, or the ac on the second floor. horrible place!

One time I stayed in a room on Thursday it cost me only $70 this time I stayed on a Thursday and it cost me $120 and I felt unsafe I was the only one on that floor and I left early

Absolutely horrible, manager a horrible customer relation person and I believe he was the owner

The girl that checked us in very friendly, everything else was disgusting!

They had no coffee pot in room and was suppose to serve breakfast but had none for guest not even coffee, no hot water for baths, roaches in bathroom. We complained of no hot water and was told they would move us to second floor after unpacking we were told by another guest on second floor they had no hot water either so we stayed where we were on first floor. After getting in bed the lights were out I got up to go to bathroom and turned on the lights and there were cock roaches everywhere. I wanted to leave but my husband was asleep and wouldn’t leave. I complained to the manager and told him I shouldn’t have to pay for such a disgusting place he informed me “no refund you spent the night” told me he would give us 20% off but I haven’t seen it yet. This place is disgusting……….

No breakfast - AC wasn't working - cockroaches in the restroom - sofa bed didnt look sleepable ... and we got a suite

Nothing Very rude

Could not get a key to my room.(said none available) I couldn't get a different room due to staff not coming in. I was told to leave the latch out to hold door open while I brought my luggage from car.

The room had not been properly vacuumed. We found markers or crayons we assume from the previous guest between the sofa and the ottomams.

Worst stay at a hotel

Absolutely Nothing.

When I arrived I first walked in to a woman yelling about being charged over the amount she had on receipt. Got to hotel room, fridge was broken & making a loud noise, chair leg was broken, toilet when you flushed was making a loud noise from pipes in wall, no coffee maker, only one towel was given, comforter was stained with blood, door was missing the latch for extra security, all the furniture is old run down, carpet is stained with mold in from of fridge, behind couch was trash and dirty pillows, next morning housekeeping came early AM banging on door to see if more towels were needed, later in the day hotel manager AL opened door without knocking and let himself in saying he was there to leave towels. Then accused me of smoking in room and stated will charge my card and in fact did $100. Checkout time we were walking out the door 11:05am hotel manager AL was already at door getting ready to walk In again. This is by far one of the worst hotels and experiences I have had and I travel 2 or 3 times a month on weekends to SA. I will not be staying here. Price was way to expensive for the experience of a run down hotel that is not clean or sanitary.

The size of the room was great and awesome TV channels.

Towels were dirty, only one trash can in the whole room, no "Do not disturb" sign for door, TV was too small, check-in was too long, and the camera in the swimming pool area was unsettling.

PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE YOU’LL BE UNHAPPY!!!!

NOTHING!!!!

When I arrived and went into the room there was no remote control and there was only 1 face towel. So after getting essentially what should have been in the room before renting the second day the maid service didn’t clean the tub and the tux didn’t drain so you stood in ankle high water when taking a shower….TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Rude customer service , hallway was hot, room felt stuffy even with air blowing at 65 , room had a gross smell to it went and bought febreeze , paid for 2 nights ended up only staying one because it was so uncomfortable, no breakfast at all was available, sheets felt rough thank goodness we had our own to lay out on the bed , couch was gross as well, refrigerator didn’t keep cold .

Disappointing

Clean beds.

Very hot in the hallways. No air conditioner in the halls. No breakfast. Offered other people pastries but not everyone. Hairdryer caught my hair on fire. My friend stuck her finger on a nail in back of the chair. Took 3 hrs to get a pizza delivery. We where in town for a funeral.

Clean bedding and assume clean bathroom. Room was tidy

All minimal standard from 2 towels only no lotion. Customer service lacking waited front desk twice 10 min no one appeared. Hotel in desperate need of a remodel. Breakfast not available by 730a when advertised beginning at 6am.

It was OK, but for the money I expected the place to at least be clean

Decent hotel but not worth the money

Hotel floors were very dirty and there was no breakfast as advertised. Hallways were very warm and one stairwell was dark with a non-working light.
