The location is great, just a short walk to attractions and restaurants and and the price was very reasonable too compared to other properties in Gatlinburg. We had a 2 bedroom family suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Massive TV's in each room too. Also saw 3 bears during our stay when we walked by the creek.
There wasn't a door between the lounge and one of the bedrooms, this could be an issue for people trying to sleep. There was no light in the vanity area to do hair and make up. The TV remotes have Netflix buttons but they don't work. The floor covering in the lift is in a terrible state, it was torn so very difficult to get the luggage trolley in and out and very unsightly. As the breakfast area is very small they can only offer a grab and go breakfast which is quite basic.

Conveniently located and had coffee available ALL day! That is a huge plus for us when traveling!
Door was a little loud when opening and closing so hard to leave room quietly when one of us up at 6 and the other sleeps later
