The place was and close to seaworld and Aquatica, where we were visiting.
The showers were not thoroughly clean of hair when we arrived. That was the only problem but everything else was great.

The staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was exceptional.
Overall the property was good but what annoyed me was the elevator broke on Sunday and they texted the residents to let them know and said it would be repaired on Monday. It was not repaired on Monday, not on Tuesday and not on Wednesday by checkout. No updates just a non-functioning elevator. When I was checking out a couple was ahead of me in line who were checking in and they were being put on the same building on the 3rd floor. She told them the elevator just broke and would be fixed that day. Given the time and it was New Year's Eve the likelihood it was fixed before Friday if not Monday was not great. Walking up and downstairs was not a big deal except when you are hauling luggage. The lack of honesty and transparency was really bad.
