I liked the pool and splash pad. I enjoyed the arcade and the view of the pond. The balcony was very nice.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and updated. When I had a small issue with the TV, someone came quickly and fixed it. The beds were cozy. The room was bigger than I expected! Also, I was also offered late check out.
The outside could use paint. It doesn't look nice on the outside, but the inside makes up for it!

What a great location and nice suite. Will definitely stay here again. I arrived after 9pm and it was a little hard to find the registration building, but once I did I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and nice my suite was.

The staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was exceptional.
Overall the property was good but what annoyed me was the elevator broke on Sunday and they texted the residents to let them know and said it would be repaired on Monday. It was not repaired on Monday, not on Tuesday and not on Wednesday by checkout. No updates just a non-functioning elevator. When I was checking out a couple was ahead of me in line who were checking in and they were being put on the same building on the 3rd floor. She told them the elevator just broke and would be fixed that day. Given the time and it was New Year's Eve the likelihood it was fixed before Friday if not Monday was not great. Walking up and downstairs was not a big deal except when you are hauling luggage. The lack of honesty and transparency was really bad.
