not very clean

it was in a nice location.

It was a holiday weekend and th prices were through the roof. I felt fleeced. The place was not very clean. There were hairs (from shaving?) on the counter around the leaky faucet, cobwebs in the sink area, etc. Also, the place was seems to have partly finished repairs, where things were replaced, but the paint job didn’t reflect the upgrades. The TV was taped together and there was a crack in the window.

friendly owner cute little rooms no breakfast per say

The rooms were very comfortable - all one floor no steps

there wasn't enough power to run our little fan-space heater and phone chargers tripped a breaker for 3 rooms the breakfast was not anything at all to talk about we went out for breakfast

Superb

Nice, a bit old motel with convenient parking lot in a bit secluded place. Nice view from the window. Kind and helpful staff.

wished I would have spent more and stayed at the Franconia Inn

It was close to Cannon and Mittersill Ski resort.

The breakfast was old, sparse and gross. The whole place looked in disrepair and was just bare bones. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat pancakes. the blankets were not warm and the heater kept going on and off with no “constant fan” option.

If you need to sleep, don’t stay here.

We stayed here before (in the winter) and we loved the pool but this year it was “closed for the season.”

The Lodge building has paper thin walls. The room across from us had a man talking on a phone for two hours and my son and I couldn’t sleep. At 6am people began to wake up and opening/closing of doors sounded like slamming. Any sound made sounded like it was through speakers. I wish I could share my video on here.

ZERO frills motel.

the price and location.

The pool was drained and unusable. The locks on the doors were terrible. The dining area for breakfast had fly strips hanging down. This place totally needs to be updated.

Lodge room 16 great view

Room was nice and beds were very comfy, had a refrigerator and plenty of space to spread things around.We stayed in the lodge room 16 and had a great view of the mountain and on the other side the river. The lodge had a pool table and a huge fire place to hang out around.

The pool was under construction and it was kind of dirty in the passage ways and common areas. Just needs a good cleaning other than that it was awesome.

The location of the motel

The ad of what was included in our stay was not true. there was no microwave, the pool was empty, the TV reception was poor, the breakfast was lousy, large gap under the door where we had to place a blanket in front of, missing draw from bureau and heater ran constantly. Definitely need updates.

Very good

It's a very nice place. It felt for us more like a pension for skiers than a typical motel. Room was large enough for 2+2 family, beds were comfy and the breakfast as for American standards was quite satisfactory :-)

Furnitures, the room itself and the facilities are a bit worned out and not pictures perfect clean. Value for money is ok!

We were lucky enough to get a night away from our kids for some needed alone time and this place was so relaxing and on

It was so peaceful and quiet and at night we could hear the peepers in the pond! I also love the indoor fire pit in the game room that guests are allowed to use with permission. The entire place has a nice rustic look once inside!
