The staff was excellent! The distance to Newport Beach was perfect and it was close to the airport!
I didn’t dislike anything! The staff was so attentive and friendly from the moment that I called for an airport pick up until the moment I was dropped off at the airport!

Convenience of staying on the first floor since we brought our dog. Valet staff were very friendly. Pre Check in worked well.
Breakfast buffet was decent. Service staff very friendly.
Fees for parking is high, but convenient, so we pay anyway. No bottled water available in room.
No dinner service.

The presentation of the facility is very nice, kind of big but it's a conference center so I guess that's to be expected.
The distance from the parking lot to the lobby. If you're tired, just be aware. My room also had several electrical outlets that weren't working. Also, my room was not the most spacious. But very clean.

Perfectly fine facility. They gave us a bottle of water at registration.
Outrageous prices for unexpected charges. Parking, for example, at nearly $50/night or nearly $70/night if you use the "valet" service (which takes your car all the across the street to an open lot...ridiculous). WiFi for $18 or something unless you're a member of some reward program. Breakfast was not included in the price - I had thought it was but I was mistaken. I think the breakfast buffet was $38 or so. There was nothing special about it except the price. It was fine, don't get me wrong. But nothing special, especially for $38.
