Breaffast was adequate but simple, location was perfect for our needs.
The room entry was very cramped , extremely difficult when moving luggage in and out, room was very nice but small and entry to bathroom area was right next to one bed

Room was a bit damp smelling. No signs to direct one to hotel (due to construction., thus hard to find.

Convenience, staff was friendly
2 rooms rented, 1 was fine. 1 had numerous dead bugs. Kind staff member came to clean up, but left a large pile of dead bugs under the ac where we indicated they were. Changed rooms, live bug in 2nd room.
