The property was very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were noticeably friendlier and more courteous than the front desk staff, and their kindness was greatly appreciated.
Everything was very clean. However, our room had a connecting door to the neighboring room, and late at night we could clearly hear the other guests talking, as well as their television, which made it difficult to rest.
Upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist was not very welcoming or friendly. I believe a warmer and more courteous attitude when greeting guests would create a much better first impression.

it is a convenient location when traveling through Newark. the rooms are good size and clean.
They advertised a restaurant for dinner but it was closed. The recommendations given by the concierge were not updated, and some in not a very good location for people not familiar with the area.
