Pullout sofa mattress was terrible to sleep on Airport shuttle service after flight never came when called told us wrong place for pickup and we had to pay an Uber 50$ to get to hotel at 1:09am

Filtered cold water in the gym for all guests. There were restaurants that delivered. Bed was really comfortable.
No closet in the room, only a one hook for two people in a king room. And dirty fridge that wouldn’t stay closed.

Very neat . The drivers for the shuttle buses are very kind and pleasant
Elevate broke down throughout my stay . Just one elevator working. And we had to take turns to use . Breakfast was not good . Limited choice .The hot water kettle is not working well
